The parts arrived in good shape and everything seemed fine on my end, but I was expecting the shipping to be a bit quicker. Not a huge issue, just longer than I personally would’ve liked.

I was a little worried the replacement part wouldn’t match, because you never really know when ordering this stuff online. But it fit my car exactly, and I didn’t have to mess around guessing or deal with a return. The listing was clear enough to pick the right one, so I don’t really see anything to complain about. Happy with it.

"Order updates were a little unclear"
The parts arrived fine, so no real issue there. I just wasn’t totally sure what was going on with the order status for a few days because it seemed stuck on the same update. Maybe I missed something, but I felt like I had to keep checking myself instead of getting clear emails. Not a terrible experience, just think the communication could be a bit better.

I ordered a small OEM part and the tracking started updating pretty much right away. It showed the stops along the way, and the delivery date ended up being exactly what it said. Nothing fancy, but I appreciated not having to guess where it was.

"Warranty Got Handled... Eventually"
I had to reach out about a warranty issue on a part I ordered. To be fair, they did get back to me and it was sorted out in the end, so that’s something. It just took a few emails and more waiting than I was hoping for, which is always super fun when your car is sitting there needing to be fixed. Not the worst experience ever, just a bit annoying. I’d probably use them again, but hopefully next time the support moves a little faster

The prices seemed better than what my local dealer quoted me, even after adding shipping. The site was easy to use, and I found the part I needed fairly quickly. I wouldn’t say it was the absolute cheapest out there, but overall it felt like a good value. I’d probably use them again if I need OEM parts.

"Took them a suspiciously long time to get back to me"
Customer service did eventually reply, and to be fair, they were helpful once they did. But the wait was longer than I expected, almost like my message got sent to some secret back room for approval first. I’m not saying there’s a whole system designed to test my patience... but the response time definitely had me wondering. Overall, decent help, just wish they were quicker.

"They Actually Had the Part and I Nearly Lost My Mind"
I swear I looked absolutely everywhere for this impossible-to-find OEM part, and somehow they had it sitting there in stock like it was no big deal. I ordered it so fast it was ridiculous, and when it showed up in good shape, I was way more excited than a person should be over a car part. Super happy with the whole experience.

"Account page works, but it’s not the easiest"
Ordering on the site was fine, but the account section felt kind of clunky to use. I could eventually find my order details and shipping info, but it took more clicking around than I expected, and the way some of it was laid out made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of helped.
The login page also acted weird once and I had to refresh before it worked. It wasn’t a huge problem, just annoying. Overall, the site gets the job done, but the account area could definitely be smoother and a little less frustrating

The part did what it was supposed to do, so no real complaints there. I did notice a few scratches on it though, and the box was beat up when it showed up. Not the end of the world, but I was kind of surprised when I opened it. Anyway, it works, so that’s the main thing.

The parts showed up okay, so I can’t complain too much, but the box definitely looked like it had been through some kind of warehouse obstacle course. There wasn’t much padding inside either, which felt a little weird for car parts—like someone decided bubble wrap was part of a grand cost-cutting agenda. Luckily nothing was broken, but I was definitely expecting better protection. Shipping itself was fine, but the packaging could use some serious improvement

"Issue sorted out without much hassle"
I had a small mix-up with my order and figured it might turn into a whole thing, but it was handled quickly. They got back to me faster than I expected, sent out the right part, and kept me in the loop enough that I didn’t have to keep chasing them. Stuff happens, so I don’t really mind a little hiccup as long as it gets fixed, and they took care of it. I’d order from oempartsonline.com again

I reached out to customer service because I needed help with a specific part, and overall it was okay. The person I spoke with seemed to know the basics, but they had to double-check a few things along the way, so some of the answers didn’t feel super confident. It wasn’t the most detailed support experience, but in the end, they helped me get it sorted out
